Located within the landmark 5 Bond Street commercial development in Ringwood, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) and WOVG workplace was designed to provide a contemporary, functional environment that supports the delivery of vital community services.
Designed by Foreground Architecture and delivered by SHAPE Australia, the fitout balances collaboration, privacy and occupant wellbeing within a modern workplace setting. The project forms part of the broader 5 Bond Street development, a premium commercial destination in Melbourne's eastern suburbs that brings together government, health and community-focused organisations within a highly connected and sustainable environment.
Criterion Industries was proud to contribute to the project, supplying Barwon Silencio Acoustic Hinged Doors, AT35 (RW35) Silencio Acoustic Timber Doors and Platinum 90 Frames to suit Silencio systems. Together, these solutions helped create private meeting rooms, consultation spaces and work areas requiring enhanced acoustic performance, supporting confidentiality, concentration and occupant comfort throughout the workplace.
