Third-party verified credentials demonstrating our commitment to responsible practices
Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC) is a global, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of responsible forest management worldwide. FSC defines standards based on agreed principles for responsible forest stewardship that are supported by environmental, social, and economic stakeholders.
Criterion Industries' Victorian branch has successfully obtained FSC Certification (Single Site), which marks a milestone in our commitment to being socially and environmentally responsible. This signifies the first step to achieving a multiple site FSC certification, which we plan on applying for in the future.
PEFC, the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification, is a leading global alliance of national forest certification systems. PEFC is an international non-profit, non-governmental organisation, dedicated to promoting sustainable forest management through independent third-party certification.
Criterion Industries started the journey to become certified nationally by PEFC. As of January 2025 Criterion has been multi-site certified which is another milestone in our commitment to operating in an environmentally sustainable way.
As part of its Environment Policy, Criterion Industries has implemented a Chain of Custody (CoC) management system, certified to the Standards of the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). Through this system, we ensure we meet the requirements of the PEFC Chain of Custody Standards, including PEFC ST 2002:2020.
