Since 1994, Lloyd has been leading the Criterion business along with the support of his management team. Commencing on the factory floor and then moving through despatch and customer service, Lloyd has worked his way through the business and has a strong appreciation of the needs of the customer. With a strong commitment to making life easier for our customers, Lloyd understands the importance of simplifying the complex and removing unnecessary duplication from the process in order to provide a streamlined service. Lloyd is also involved in a number of other charitable positions, providing him valuable insights into other business models and methods of operation. This exposure has become a dear teacher and helped forge a deep appreciation of the value of strategic foresight, the importance of financial management and critical requirement of a united team. He deeply espouses the values of Criterion – energetic, committed & united. Lloyd believes in forging meaningful long term relationships with staff, customers & suppliers. He regularly keeps in contact with customers to better understand their challenges and to ensure Criterion is positioning itself to resolve these issues. Craig has been with Criterion for 12 Years and has been instrumental to the growth and to the overall management. With an eye for detail, a relentless approach to improving customer and staff satisfaction to ensure Criterion continues to be a market leader in the fitout industry. His energy and willingness to embrace change inspires everyone on his team to remain motivated and driven to exceed expectations. His involvement across every department of the business is what has helped to shape Criterion now and for the future. He is constantly challenging the status quo to create innovative products, improve efficiency and achieve greater levels of customer service. With over 20 years of Customer Service experience, Jessica is our Sales & Marketing Manager in VIC. She is an advocate of collaboration and always instills enthusiasm, personality and teamwork into her Melbourne based team. Jessica drives our sales targets as well as identifies and develops new initiatives for financial growth. She plays a pivotal role in strategy and planning with her future lens approach to being one step ahead.
With a career founded in the Australian Defence Force whilst enlisted in the Royal Australian Army, Nick is also a Professional Member of the Australian HR Institute, with over 10 years of HR Management experience. Nick has experience across multiple industries including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and FMCG, whilst supporting businesses during periods of complex change. Nick’s strategic focus on aligning HR with Criterion’s needs through culture change management, career advancement programs, performance management and strong employee relations he is committed to developing and maintaining a knowledgeable, driven and engaged team who are enabled to reach their full potential at Criterion Industries.
Parag is a senior finance leader with extensive experience of over 20 years. He has a track record of success as a CFO and other senior finance roles, in many sectors. Parag's expertise in his current and previous roles include finance, accounting, treasury, M&A, and strategy. Parag is a dedicated leader of his team, constantly striving towards new solutions, and financial growth. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys hiking in the woods and travelling with family and friends.
With 7 Years’ experience Alister is a motivating individual that exceeds in decision making and leadership. Alister is a forward planning and strategic thinker who is extremely effective in finding strategic solutions to problems and turning them into opportunities. Alister’s interpersonal skills have allowed him to build and earn respect within the team and externally, and he plays a pivotal role in leading the team to success. Alister has led the team to perform productively and grow significantly over the years that he has been with the Criterion Industries team.
Cameron’s role as Branch Manager of the Leichardt Branch was inspired after 12 years in the industry, and 8 years of service within Criterion. With a passion for exceeding expectations and achieving growth, Cameron has become a critical member within the management team. His decisive, ‘action now’ approach, has led to the development of many efficient processes enabling his team to achieve great outcomes by working smarter not harder. His understanding of the speed required within the industry and his passion to service customers has become the corner stone of his success as Branch Manager.
With over 10 years’ experience, Lee is our Sales and Marketing Manager in NSW. He is a devoted and resilient leader with a solution mindset to provide out of the box entrepreneurial thinking. His dedication to innovation has been implemented through R&D with our suites and door systems you see today. Lee has worked closely with some of our top customers over the years, gaining confidence, becoming a trusted adviser and growing long-lasting relationships. Lee oversees the sales team operations and collaborates with designers, architects and specialists to ensure our products perform and look their best. He is passionate about people and is constantly developing the teams’ capabilities for further career development.
