The Carlin Real Estate office fit out in Palmyra, WA was designed and completed by RP Interiors. The client was looking for a ‘glass house’ style meeting room within their small office space. This style is often adapted to limited spaces in order to create a more expansive feel.
This meeting room was the centrepiece of the entire fit out which meant that the details needed to be very precise, yet seamless with the rest of the office space.
RP Interiors enlisted Criterion’s services to recommend the best product to achieve this. The IBeam partition system was the choice product, along with the sliding track and doors. A matte, powder-coated IBeam in black was chosen to complement the new polished concrete flooring in the office space. The result was a refined yet raw finish with an industrial vibe, married with a contemporary flavour brought by the the bi-parting sliding doors.
Criterion’s services included additional detailing and glazing options with IBeam, and there was also on-site support to ensure that the product was easily and correctly installed.
