50 First Avenue Tower - Maroochydore, Queensland

Completed in 2026 within 50 First Avenue, the Sunshine Coast's first Premium A-Grade commercial office tower at Maroochydore City Centre, this multi-level workplace delivers a new regional headquarters for a major tenant. The fit-out was delivered by McCormack in collaboration with PTID.

Spanning three levels of the 15-storey tower, the project features flexible workspaces, collaborative hubs, focused work zones and breakout areas, set within a warm contemporary palette of natural tones, timber, and blue and soft green accents.

Criterion Industries was proud to support the delivery of this workplace, supplying the Platinum 90 Partition System and Aurora Wide Stile Doors in Dune Satin powdercoating in addition to decorum flat skirting helping create the clean sightlines, light transfer and durable, flexible openings the fit-out's shared workspaces, meeting rooms and specialised zones rely on.
