AXA have recently relocated to 750 Collins Street Docklands to create a more open, flexible and productive environment for employees.

AXA incorporated environmentally sustainable features throughout the building including natural daylight for 70% of offices and has received 5-Star Green Star Design Rating, 4-Star Green Star As-Built (fitout) Rating, 4.5 Star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating and Award of Merit from the Docklands precinct.

Their aim was to maximize the footprint of the 10-story, campus-type building. Criterion worked with the Design Team and supplied the Aluminium Partitioning (Platinum Suite) and the Aluminium Doors & Sliding Track Systems (Niagara Sliding Track System).

Criterion was thankful to be part of this project and enjoyed working alongside the builder and contractor to see this project through to a very tight time schedule.
