NEW refinements to the range:
The Arctic Sliding Track System delivers a slim-fit minimalistic and seamless look to complement today’s popular commercial and residential design trends. Purpose-engineered to offer premium style and reliable performance, Arctic provides convenient design features including low-clearance and soft-close functions.
Arctic’s soft-close roller mechanism offers gentle door release, minimal friction, improved longevity and is low maintenance, ensuring the track delivers ongoing premium performance. Engineered with a universal cavity slider, this considered design reduces complexity and saves time on installation compared to traditional sliding track systems. Arctic achieves understated style and seamless cohesion between rooms.
Low clearance sleeve available for both standard or soft close rollers that allows for a tiny 4mm clearance between the top of the door and the sliding track.
Q: Have the Arctic Rollers been cycle tested?
A: Yes, they have been tested to 50,000 cycles.
Q: If the rollers break, can they be easily replaced?
A: Yes in the case of mistreatment the rollers may break, all Arctic Tracks supplied since July 2019 come with access point which provide easy access for changing rollers over.
Q: How do you install the Soft Close Mechanism?
A: Please see our installation guide for more details - click here to download.
Q:What is the typical gap between the top of the door and the underside of the track?
A: Arctic Low Clearance has a 4 - 7mm gap and the Arctic Standard has a 13 - 21mm Gap. This range for adjustment and levelling of door.
Q: What does Low Clearance mean?
A: A typical standard Sliding Door Roller Plate is fixed to the top of the door leaving a approximately 17mm gap between the top of the door and underside of the track. Whereas the Low Clearance has a minimal 4mm gap, providing a very refined finish.
Q: Can i put a Soft Close Mechanism on the close and open side of the door?
A: Yes you can, effectively making it soft close and soft open! In fact we would recommend it, as we believe all sliding track where practical should have
