How long will it take to receive my order?
If the product you ordered is in stock, it is normally delivered 1-2 working days and for powdercoat finish 4-5 working days. Please contact our customer service team to confirm otherwise please specify an exact time and date for your time sensitive deliveries.

Do you deliver overseas?
Currently our system does not allow automatic international shipping during the check out process. However, International delivery can be arranged. We are more than happy to deliver our products wherever you are at an applicable shipping charge.


Return & Exchange policy

Total customer satisfaction is paramount at Criterion. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, the product can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days of you receiving it. The item being returned must be in original condition, unused. Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement if the item was purchased from our sale events or made-to-order for you. Customer is responsible for return postage and any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postage charge

Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so the product can be returned to us for a quality inspection, in order to make sure it doesn’t happen again. In this rare event, we will happily replace the product or refund the product’s value and any delivery charges.

How to make a return or exchange?
Contact us to discuss your exchange or refund. All items to be returned require approval by a Customer Service Representative prior to being picked up or returned.

Returned items will be treated in the following manner:

  • Stocked Items: Return of these items will incur a 20% re-stocking fee
  • Non-Stocked Items*: These items are not refundable.

*These are custom made items that have been value added, which include but is not limited to; i.e. laminating, cut to size, powder-coating and special orders.



The Buyer shall inspect, or shall be deemed to have inspected, the Goods upon delivery. Where the Goods supplied are not in accordance with the contract, the Buyer must give notice in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. No claim may be made after seven (7)days from the date of delivery.

If the firm is satisfied that the goods are not in accordance with the contract the Firm will at their option:
(a) Credit the Buyer with the price
(b) Replace same

All other warranties or conditions as to the Goods or their fitness for any purpose are excluded except where by statute such exclusions are prohibited. Slight changes in colours, thickness or marbleizing do not constitute sufficient ground for complaint. 6.2 Goods are sold and installation, service or advice is given in good faith in connection therewith on condition that the Firm and their servants are not liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property arising therefrom.
